UpLearnCash is a financial education platform owned and operated by 9565-3432 Québec Inc., a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Our services are available to consumers across Canada, subject to applicable provincial law. We are committed to operating in compliance with applicable financial, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations in each province where our Members reside.

Regulatory Compliance

UpLearnCash is committed to upholding Canadian legislation governing consumer rights and personal data protection. Our operations are conducted with reference to:

• Applicable provincial consumer protection statutes in each province where we offer our services;
• PIPEDA — Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act;
• CASL — Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation.

All user data and transactions processed through our Platform are protected using industry-standard encryption and secure protocols.

Intellectual Property

All materials accessible through the UpLearnCash platform — including written content, visual assets, branding elements, logos, and educational resources — are the exclusive property of 9565-3432 Québec Inc. and/or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Dispute Resolution

Should a disagreement arise between a Member and UpLearnCash, both parties are encouraged to first pursue resolution through direct, good-faith dialogue. Where the parties agree, a dispute may be referred to mediation. Nothing in this section requires a Member to submit to mandatory arbitration or prevents a Member from pursuing any recourse, including participation in a class proceeding, available to them under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. Subject to the foregoing, and to any mandatory provincial consumer protection provisions applicable to the Member, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
